Commonwealth Attorney’s Office,
ACA Thomas Scartz has done a great job with
the Early Diversion Program. He has followed up with me on multiple cases and
has informed me of the outcomes. He also does a great job following up with
victims and witnesses. This program is a fantastic “filter” to see which cases
need to be brought to trial with minimal inconvenience to all parties involved.
